The mission of the friends of the Saginaw Valley Rail Trail is to create a system of connecting recreational trails in the Saginaw Valley Region that provides visitors opportunities to:

Interact with nature
Enjoy physical exercise
Appreciate the rich history of the region all in a widely accessible, safe setting

Our vision is to expand our rail system to connect with other trails in mid-Michigan, creating even more opportunities for our many users to enjoy natural and physical exercise in delightful settings.
